The second weigh-in
I just got back from the second weigh-in. As expected, I didn't lose nearly as much weight this week, but I'm not terribly disappointed, either:
Weight, Week 1: 373.6 pounds
Weight, Week 2: 364.4 pounds
Weight, Week 3: 360.2 pounds
Total Lost Thus Far: 13.4 pounds
Percentage of Body Weight Lost: 3.6%
I celebrated with a nice turkey burger with cheese and some salad and cottage cheese. I attribute the lesser loss this week to my aforementioned slip on Sunday (damn you, football Sunday!) -- scan down a few posts.
There were fewer people around this week, maybe six or seven empty seats. I can understand that, dropping out almost as soon as you start.
Get back on that horse, people!
